All appointments, inclusive of the initial fitting, final fitting, and virtual consultations, are complimentary. 

Your Custom Suit takes three weeks to produce at our Massachusetts factory. 

Orders

If you need to edit your order, please contact Customer Service immediately so we can attempt to modify the details. 

Please note, your order may need to be canceled and replaced to fulfill the editing request.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service immediately so that the order can be canceled before it has shipped.

Please note, the order has shipped you will need to process a return request here.

Josephabboud.com may cancel orders and/or line items if an item becomes out of stock.

At the time you place your order on Josephabboud.com, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification which will include your tracking number. 

If you have an account on Josephabboud.com you may also sign in to your account and view Order Status and History.

Returns & Exchanges

Joseph Abboud® does not accept returns from 3rd party retailers or marketplaces. If you have purchased a Joseph Abboud® product at a 3rd party retailer or Marketplace, you must return the item at the store at which you purchased. Thank you for your understanding.

Josephabboud.com will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, and defective merchandise within 30 days of receiving the order (some exclusions apply, see below). 


Josephabboud.com will credit you for returns, accompanied by an original receipt, received within 30 days of the purchase for the price paid either in the original form of payment.

If you opted in and paid for Free Returns + Package Protection when you made your purchase, all returns and exchanges will be FREE.

If you didn't select the risk-free option, all other orders are subject to shipping costs on returns/exchanges. 

We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.


Returns not accepted:

  • Final sale / clearance merchandise
  • Fragrance
  • Undergarments
  • Gift cards 
  • 3rd party retailers 

To process a return, go to our Returns Portal

Step 1:  Complete the return in the return's portal 

Step 2: Print the return label. 

Step 3: Carefully pack your item(s), in the original condition, and include your printed return invoice

Step 4: Place your shipping label on the package, making sure no other tracking labels are shown if needed

Once your order has been successfully received and processed by our warehouse team, please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange item(s) to be shipped.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Peace of Mind with Every Delivery

We know how important it is for your order to arrive safely. While rare, sometimes packages can be damaged, lost during shipping, or even stolen after delivery.

That's why we offer optional package protection through Redo for a small fee at checkout. This way, if your order experiences any of these issues, you're covered!

Here's how it works:

  • Hassle-Free Claims:  If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, simply file a claim directly with Redo. Their process is quick and easy, and in most cases, you'll receive a refund within 24 hours!
  • Get Started Easily:  You can file a claim online by clicking "Start a Claim"

Want to Decline? No Problem!

You can choose to decline package protection. However, please note that you would then be responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

We recommend package protection for peace of mind, but the choice is always yours!

Shipping & Billing

JosephAbboud.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB credit cards.

Additionally, JosephAbboud.com offers Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna Installments.

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS/UPS/FedEx transfers to the buyer. Josephabboud.com is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages if a claim is denied by courier service.  We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

Josephabboud.com does not offer shipping to P.O. Box addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

Josephabboud.com offers the following shipping options:

*Complimentary Free Shipping on $125+ orders*

STANDARD SHIPPING  5-7 business days $8.95  

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 3-5 business days $20.00  

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico addresses, expedited service is not available. Only standard shipping for $20.00 is available for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico addresses.

Joseph Abboud does not refund Shipping Fees upon returns.

Redo Returns + Package Protection

If your Redo-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Redo's expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred.

  • Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.  
  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
